Johanna Ballesteros

Fort Lee Animal Hospital

Johanna joined the Englewood Veterinary Center on June of 2010. She began as a volunteer to gain knowledge and experience in the veterinary field. Johanna currently attends Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, NJ, where she is working towards her bachelor’s in science degree.

She has an infinite love toward all type of animals, and most of all, she enjoy having the opportunity to share her job time with them. Her biggest dream was to be part of a veterinary center, and Dr. Ezik gave her the opportunity to begin fulfilling her goals. She enjoys taking Peluche, her 7 year old mini-toy poodle to the park, and seeing him interact with other dogs is her biggest pleasure. Peluche, was given to Johanna when she was only 13 years old, which underlines the importance he signifies to her, and her loving mother. Furthermore, she spends her valuable weekends working at a restaurant in Tenafly. Eventually, Johanna’s goal is to continue her studies, and pursue her doctorate degree in Veterinarian Medicine. She won’t stop until she is able to satisfy her desire of helping animals in need.
